About the Role
The Supply Chain Planning Specialist is the analytical engine of our planning function. It is currently vacant and will reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. This role runs the day-to-day planning cycle, the data, the inventory analysis, and the reporting that the whole supply chain plans against.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who is fluent in data and rigorous about accuracy. You will prepare the inputs for our monthly S&OP cycle, maintain our inventory dashboards, balance stock across channels, and be a key executor of purchasing and replenishment. You work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and, as you grow, take on more ownership of the plan itself.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 CAD – $95,000 CAD.
In this Role you Will
Planning Data and Analysis
- Own S&OP data preparation and reporting, assemble and reconcile the data that feeds the monthly planning cycle, and produce the reporting the S&OP process runs on.
- Maintain inventory dashboards, own the dashboards that give the team visibility on inventory position, health, and risk, and keep them accurate and current.
- Own inventory balancing, analyze and rebalance stock across channels and locations to keep the right inventory in the right place.
Purchasing and Replenishment Execution
- Execute purchasing plan logic, turn the demand plan into purchasing decisions using established planning logic, in support of the Supply Chain Manager.
- Run replenishment and purchase-plan execution, trigger replenishment, manage the purchase plan, and cut POs accurately and on cadence.
- Support production and component planning, contribute to production scheduling with co-mans, capacity planning, and component inventory and reorder management.
- Track lead times, help maintain end-to-end lead-time visibility across suppliers, production, and freight.
Cross-Functional Support
- Support the supply review, prepare the analysis and inputs for the monthly supply-side S&OP conversation.
- Support stockout-risk and allocation analysis, surface stockout risk early and support channel-allocation decisions with data.
- Maintain BOM accuracy, support bill-of-materials versioning and accuracy in the ERP.
- Support inventory reporting, contribute to accurate, timely inventory reporting for the team and leadership.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of supply chain, planning, inventory, or supply chain analytics experience in consumer products or CPG.
- Strong analytical and data skills, you are comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into clear analysis and reporting.
- Advanced Excel, complex formulas, pivot tables, large-data analysis, and building and maintaining planning models and dashboards.
- Detail-oriented and accurate, you treat data integrity as part of the job; small errors matter to you.
- Comfortable executing, you can own the day-to-day run — cutting POs, triggering replenishment, updating dashboards, reliably and on cadence.
- Strong communication, you can present analysis clearly and work across Planning, Procurement, and Operations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with an ERP or planning platform (CIN7, NetSuite, SAP, Netstock, or similar).
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience in beauty, personal care, or another fast-moving consumer category.
- Exposure to a formal S&OP or IBP cadence.

- Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
- Flexible work environment (hybrid options where applicable).
- Health and wellness benefits, including a lifestyle spending account.
- Professional development opportunities to support career growth.
