About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing skincare team. In this role, you'll support the Director of Product Development by leading and organizing key initiatives that bring new products to life — from early concept through to launch. You'll be the connector between departments, keeping timelines clear, deliverables on track, and everyone aligned.

You’ll also play a hands-on role in helping manage overflow within Product Development, supporting sample coordination, vendor updates, and project documentation when extra support is needed. This is a fast-paced role suited for someone who thrives in beauty, loves building structure, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage critical path timelines for all product development projects — from initial planning through to final delivery

• Support the full development cycle by collaborating with Product Development, Accounting, Creative, and Operations teams to define project scope, timing, resource needs, and key deliverables

• Track and report on progress, flagging potential delays and ensuring teams stay on schedule
  

• Lead regular cross-functional updates and support alignment across PD, Ops, Design, Marketing, and Regulatory
  

• Step in to manage overflow within Product Development — including sample tracking, testing schedules, and leading formula briefs and early-stage development when needed.
  

• Work alongside Operations to stay aligned with external vendors (labs, fillers, packaging suppliers) and ensure deliverables and timelines support product development goals
  

• Help evolve internal processes and tools to improve efficiency and visibility
  

• Keep project documentation and trackers accurate, accessible, and up-to-date

Who You Are:

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in beauty or skincare
  

• Proven success managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously 
  

• Strong understanding of product development or operations workflows 
  

• Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  

• Comfortable with tools like Monday.com, Google Sheets etc.
  

• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure 
  

• Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, or packaging vendors
